The "Cottage protest" was the match that's started the flames of the 2011 Israeli summer.

 

It is what later grew up to be the "tents protset" or the "Rotchild protest" - a protest movement that changed the Isreali media, Israeli economics, and Israel itself.

 

The cottage cheese is still one of its symbols.
